When you move forward, you’ll interview only with companies we’ve already vetted for fair pay, respectful culture, and growth opportunities. We’ll provide context and guidance to help you prepare.

Step 4: Transparent Feedback

You’ll always get a clear update — whether it’s a yes, a not-yet, or feedback for next time. We know how frustrating it is to be “ghosted,” and we refuse to let that happen to our candidates.

Step 5: Integration Support
